Kabwe diocese celebrates the 100 years of Sacred Heart of Jesus Cathedral. The Jesuit missionaries built the small parish church in 1923 in the heart of Broken Hill as it was called then. Bishop Clement Mulenga, Sdb led the faithful amidist civic leaders into a colorful celebration. A new statue of Sacred Heart and a planted tree will remain as symbols of this jubilee.
